Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, receipt).
Refund Process

2- Return the Product
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send your purchase back without receiving these instructions.
3- Inspection and Approval
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4- Processing the Refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed through cash on delivery (COD) upon return. Our delivery partner will collect the product and issue the cash refund at the same time.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at mypearl.lb@hotmail.com for further instructions.
